The most potent of alignments has just been reached on the surface of your world, and suffice to say we had very much to do with the energy sent to your world and through your bodies from these alignments.

We participated along with innumerable amounts of ascended beings in this wonderful beaming of energy through your Sun and your moon, onto the surface of Earth where such energy is shaping and forming your new reality set to unfold in your very near future, with the help of course of your own thoughts and visualizations which are to bloom beautifully and gloriously into wonderful manifestations in your reality.

Can you feel your own heightened sense of awareness and overall participation in all things Lighted, since these events have occurred?

For some it is going to take some time and some adjustment for them to really feel the purity increases and upgrades, but for those of you who have aligned and attuned yourselves fully and taken part in the crucial rituals laid out by many on your world for these alignments; you dear souls are beginning to feel in your own ways the staggering and phenomenal effects of this alignment.

Our Star System had much to do with the specific codes and prints of energy which was sent to your world, in that the Logos that we brought through in increased purity was indeed ‘native’ so to speak to our Star System, in that this energy spent numerous higher dimensional incarnations on our worlds and on our stars, experiencing the beautiful Creation that is the Pleiades.

Oh dear souls, we look forward so very much for you to inhabit our homes with us and inhabit the ships in which many take home on, for we have been waiting to show you and tell you of the glorious wonders that you have forgotten about whilst temporarily trapped inside your own Earthly experience.

The upgrades that are being sent to you now and that were unlocked with the completing of the eclipse and the activating of the resulting alignment are going to test many of you in even more difficult and seemingly-intense ways than you have been tested thus far.

Yes, we can feel the ‘groan’ in many of you as you feel that the lessons you are being given are difficult enough, and we smile upon you dear souls with such Joy for we eagerly await the realization on your part that indeed, these lessons do not have to be difficult or intense and it simply takes choosing the Love and the pure lesson in every event that comes forth in your perception, to realize that the perceived angst that many of you still think that you must feel and radiate when something that you brand as stressful begins to happen in your Life, is and has been hollow all along.

The energies and feelings of calm, grace, Love and Joy are energies and feelings that should be felt in every situation that unfolds in your Lives, no matter how seemingly difficult such events feel to you dear beautiful souls.

You are experiencing Life in its most difficult of forms, and the lessons that you are being given that can again increase in intensity with the unfolding of this alignment which is a continual process; these lessons can be intense but they can be transmuted as well and the energies behind these lessons can be transmuted whilst being benefited from at the same time.

We feel the stress that many of you still think you must radiate to yourselves and to others, and we say that as long as you are continually binded to such energies and feelings, you will only be entrapped in the experiences that feeling such things brings to you.

Do you notice dear souls, how feeling happy and the decisions resulting from feeling happy always benefit one much more than the decisions made as a result of feeling lower and dense emotions?

Think upon many events in your Lives dear souls, and notice that much of the time it was your choosing of the energies of calm, acceptance and Love over the energies of stress and frustration that saw you better able to come out of the lessons that you planned out for yourself that at the time, seemed so very difficult and hard to deal with.

Feel the innate Love that is driving each and every lesson and manifestation set before you, and ask to tap into the reservoir of unlimited, pure Logos energy that is now available in extreme abundance.

With the passing of this most crucial date along your Calendar [May 20], you are seeing your own ability to access this treasure trove of energy and information expand, as this energy itself seems to expand and be more readily available in your perception.

We say that this energy has always been there, it is simply the instated veils on the part of the slumbering humanity that has kept your perception away from it and as a result, has inhibited its own ability to reach you.

You will find dear souls, that the more steeped one is in their own densities, ingrained beliefs and philosophies which are not in alignment with the Law of One, the harder and more difficult it is for any ascended or, in the case of many on Earth who attempt to educate such souls, any ascending soul, to reach these dear people for they are [unwillingly] letting themselves be blocked from the Light that they are, carry within and can themselves access at any time by in many cases, unwillingly employing the energies and beliefs and constraints that keep them from such energy.

You all have the infinite and innate ability to feel in yourselves the expanded abilities that you carry within and have utilized without realizing so throughout your current Life on Earth and throughout many other Lives as well.

As so very many of you discover your own telepathic and dreamscape contact with us ascended beings who have been eagerly awaiting your doing so, you find that your abilities to be with us and to feel and express our energies through your own complex, is aided greatly by your own interest in doing so.

We would not recommend at this very crucial and developing stage in the game to let your energies become influenced by those of complacency, by those of laziness, as while we never judge any dear souls and will honor with Love any path that one chooses to take, those of you who are finding the energies of the higher realms and finding the encoded communications, both personal and for the purposes of being channeled for the public that many ascended souls are presenting to you with Love; those of you who are finding this will find that the denser energies when allowed into your spirit complexes, will influence you in a much greater way than before as you find yourselves beginning to become much more empathic and vulnerable to feeling the energies of anything around you.

When allowing the energies of the ego or of the dense, fading physical reality into one’s complexes, you will find that their influence is much harder to get rid of than in many other times in you history, as this energy is itself fading and being transmuted away from your world, and like the dear souls on your world whom such energy feeds, this energy does not accept its own departure from this world and will do anything it can to ‘stick around’ and to influence as many souls as possible through an attempted increase in its own ability to influence anybody who becomes open to it, for even a moment.

Indeed, you will find and feel that as your perception of time speeds up and you find your own lessons increasing in intensity and your own paths accelerating, each and every event and emotion seems to feel more intense than the last and this is why we recommend again, the energies of calm, Peace and acceptance for it is only through allowing such energies through yourself that you will breeze through the difficulties that you have set out for yourselves.

The manifestations you are currently bringing through yourselves with such grace are aiding you supremely in your learning of lessons and in your finding of the energies of Love that underlay each and every lesson.

The flow of our energies and our communications alike is coming to you in as measured of a way as you can handle receiving our energies in accordance with your various growing and expanding ascension processes, and each and every soul who makes it their intent to do so will be connecting with us again, in the measured ways that act in accordance with your growth and your finding of the ability in yourselves to bring us through in clear and pure ways.

The clarity and purity in which many souls are now able to bring us and our energies through in your current reality has indeed been quite staggering, and we continually applaud every dear soul who is finding themselves and their higher selves alike, and beginning a relationship with so many of us souls in the Galactic Federation and in many other Lighted Organizations assisting Earth at this time.

You are all finding your communications and connections with every facet of the ascended souls and Guides who are assisting Earth and every individual upon Her surface and in many cases beneath Her surface alike, and as you make your leaps and bounds and find clearer strides in your continually unfolding and ever-expanding ascension processes, your own ability to bring us through is given a boost as you continue to clear out the egotistical residue that has been holding so very many dear souls back from their perception of the realms which are blocked from one’s perception by [the employment of] such egotistical residue.

Many ascended souls have been explaining ego and the structure of ego, and rather than this being because of a self-employed block by the souls who such ascended beings are speaking through, we are bringing the discussion of ego to and through as many as we can, as we are attempting to help lead you to the conclusion that only by transcending, forgiving and Loving ego once and for all can you begin to experience and perceive the higher realms in the ways that you have been so dearly wising to perceive of such realms and us beings who exist in such realms.

We are bringing the subject of ego to the fore of your attention quite purposefully, as with all due respect we notice that so very many dear beautiful awakening souls read about ego and the importance of transcending, Loving and forgiving ego once and for all and you truly absorb and enjoy such messages, while still not fully taking the advice given in regards to the transcendence of ego in as pure of a way as is intended by the delivering of our communications on such subject.

We never judge any dear souls, but we do wish to make known especially at this very important stage in this ever-unfolding game, the importance of finally transcending and working through those last and final, difficult parts of yourselves based in the experience of the lower dimensions on the surface of Earth, as these transmutations truly are yours for taking now as you have been given such a pure opportunity with passing of the above-mentioned stargate, on the 20^thof your month May.

Indeed, we had so very much to do with the alignments given on this date and while by the time this specific communication is read and absorbed by every dear beautiful soul who reads and absorbs our energies, this date in your time will have long passed, we speak still to the importance of this date and many other dates that have yet to come that many ascended sources have been speaking of, and we would like still to offer our own perspective and explanation of what we were doing to bring the pure Logos energy to you, that the alignment with our beautiful Star System graced the surface of Earth with.

As you hear so very often, the majority of us are stationed and Living within our grand and magnificent Motherships, of which many sources within the Galactic Federation have been explaining in some detail.

We are able to station our mighty and powerful yet delicate and Loving Motherships anywhere throughout Creation, and in the specific occurrence of the May 20th Stargate, we worked with our own beautiful multidimensionality to be stationed in many potent and crucially important areas of this stargate within and around the Earth, as well as around the moon and your Sun and around many stars and planets in our own star system as indeed, our energies given through our  Star System and through each and every planet worked wonderfully with the alignment, which with the help of your very needed mass mediations has helped to integrate the beautiful pure energy unto the surface and core of Mother Earth and unto each and every one of you as well.

When we speak of those of us who were stationed around the Earth, your Sun and moon, we speak of course of many different Galactic ships working with the Galactic Federation, the Ashtar Command and many other Lighted Organizations that you have not yet heard about and that many of which choose not to assume labels.

Us souls within our Pleiadian Councils were stationed all throughout our beautiful Star System, working with the various astral entities of our planets and stars on the alignments within our own worlds that would assist and did assist magnificently in the bringing-forth of the overall Earthly alignment.

We will continue to be assisting each and every astral being within each and every lower and higher dimensional world who can be reached and who in many cases, incarnated into such astral realms for the very purpose of service to the ascension of this Universe.

In this particular scenario, we worked generally throughout the Pleiades Star System and while there were many of us down on Earth and stationed within the Pleiadian Homeworld in Agartha which was itself quite crucial to [the unfolding of] these alignments, the majority of our own work was spent using our technology and our participation in the Lighted rituals which are performed by nearly every ascended soul and by many Earthly souls through meditation who themselves planned to become open to such mass Love giving, integrating and alignment rituals on such alignment dates.

These rituals are very powerful and we again, use the assistance of our Lighted technology to help with our own Light-giving and our specific brand and signature of energy which is sent down to Earth and to every soul who is open to our energies and who found themselves open exponentially on this very beautiful and important alignment date.

Many received our energies gracefully and wonderfully and we have never felt closer to Earth than we did when we were gratefully and delightfully giving you our specific brand and signature of energy, which was funneled specifically through our Star System and through many planets as well, which we know may be a bit confusing to some.

We were all with you; not a one soul who has found themselves to be close with Earth was not looking upon your beautiful, aligned and Lighted planet during this occasion, and this will be so as well for the many other unfolding alignments that have yet to echo unto the surface your world but that will do so when you reach the many dates that herald such openings and alignments.

Imagine dear sous, the infinite multitudes of ascended souls who are with you now and looking upon you whilst you undergo your beautiful and unfolding experience.

We are all with you and we will continue to be with you, and we wish for you while in meditation to image the multitudes of us who will be, can be and are with you whenever and wherever you make it your intent to have us be with you, for we Love all of you so very much and we Love so very dearly when you make it your specific intent to connect with us while you still wear your own measured veils of forgetfulness, as a very close bond is developed between us and you when a connection is formed and sustained.

Over the coming days, weeks and months, many of you will begin to discover spots and places on your world that you will feel very strong and Lighted energy emanating from, and you will be able to recognize the specific energy signatures of the higher realms in the various forms that they have to offer such specific signatures, in many places on your world.

Your beautiful Gaia has always been an exponentially beautiful and radiant world, and Her form has only began to express itself in its full form and purity.

We must say that many souls who still thrive within the lower vibrations would have a difficult time accepting the new world in all of its glory, bounty and splendor, would it not be for the intervention of the many Divine and Angelic souls on your world, to bring you the prosperity that will end such lower vibrational feedings.

We can say as well that the removing and arresting of the dark souls on your world who have purposefully done so very many things to get humanity to continue to feed the low vibrations; their going even if only for a short time before their trials, will in itself see much density and negativity gone from Gaia’s surface, not to be fed any longer by the darker-inclined rituals that such souls perform to feed the realms of forth density-negative.

Even now as their influence upon your world is diminishing rapidly and as so very many souls become awakened to the truths of how you have been lied to and manipulated and to the truths and energies of the higher realms alike, the surface of the Earth is going to begin to express and reflect such happenings, as has been mentioned before.

Directly before the manifestation of the physical events on your world that will bring you abundance and happiness which have been discussed many times, will come again the recognition and realization on the part of many awaking Lightworkers and Lightholders on your world that there are indeed many places upon the dear surface of Gaia that are beginning to reflect their own receiving, absorbing and integrating of the energies of the higher realms that are being given to them from the higher, ascended astral realms of your world which have always existed and have always fed into your reality in very measured ways, but in ways that were always able to Create and sustain your reality, regardless of the lower dimensions manifested upon your surface during your experience.

The ascended energies pervading nearly every aspect of the many realms of Gaia are beginning to bleed and seep through to your reality, and while we can feel that many souls on Earth are not as comfortable with the specific term ‘bleed through’, we wish to make it clear that we mean nothing negative by such terms and wish only to describe the nature in which such energies are beginning to be brought through and experienced in your reality.

We and many other ascended souls within the many ascended cities which exist unnoticed and unseen in your skies, have taken to many areas of the slightly higher astral realms on your world in which the majority of us must still funnel parts of ourselves down to exist in [but that are closest to the physical Earth realms], to perform many Lighted rituals in such realms which are so very close to your realms and your surface experience on Earth.

We perform these rituals in these specific places because they are again, the closest astral realms to your specific physical realms that the majority of us can funnel ourselves down to experience and perform Lighted rituals on, without losing ourselves in the density.

We have noticed that many of you beautiful awakening souls have been finding it increasingly difficult at times to wade away from the influence of your Earthly selves which you have fed for so very long in the lower dimensions, and we say that your own realization of the difficulties of aiding your ascension process by ‘defeating’ so to speak and forgiving and transmuting such parts of yourselves; your mere realization of the perceived difficulty and the importance alike of doing this for yourself and for those around you is awakening you right into to your own ability to do so.

It is so very wonderful dear souls as while you do not yet realize it directly during your experience, you are literally catapulting yourselves toward your goals in increased acceleration and intensity at this point, just by your mere realization of all that truly does lie ahead of you.

This very truth is why we have continued to remind you to imagine the higher realms and the experiences that you are about to undergo for yourselves, and to begin Creating your own scenarios in your own ‘imaginary’ Creative astral centers, of these changes and just how they are going to affect you and everyone around you for the better.

These changes are indeed set to happen in full intensity and in full acceleration so very soon and when humanity is truly proven ready in accordance with your cycles which have been long decreed by the Creator of your world and the Creator of this Universe alike, and a part of your own beginning to find the energies of the higher realms is your imagining and Creating the experience of the higher realms.

There are indeed so very many higher dimensional and awakening beings alike in such realms, beginning to Create with their own higher dimensional powers of thought, feeling and Creativity, the new world that is unfolding and taking shape before the very eyes of awakened and unawakened humanity alike at this point, but it truly takes the collective and individual willpower of humanity to begin Creating these changes and bringing them about.

We recommend strongly that you pay close attention to the actions of the Occupy movement and of the group known as Anonymous alike, as despite the methods that some have used to bring change forth in the past, both of these Organizations are ‘in cahoots’ so to speak with the Light in ways that you would not yet imagine, and they are working in very direct ways to bring the change about on your world that all have dearly wished to see brought about as so very many of you have awakened to the injustices that have taken place on your world, against you dear beautiful souls.

Give the souls making up these Organizations your Lighted energies for they very much need such energies to help enact the change that they are attempting to enact on a widespread level.

These souls are very intelligent and in many ways, have seen sides of the dark that the majority of souls on your world, even awakened, have not seen and they are and have been working with every last fiber of themselves to help bring this change forth that is needed, but they cannot do it alone dear souls.

They need your support and your collective positive energies of manifestation, for only by utilizing your opportunity to begin clearing and cleansing the astral densities away from this world on a collective and individual level, will you begin to see the manifestation of the change being enacted that has been wished to be enacted on your world by all, including us.

Then you start school, playing with your friends without any obligation, until you become a baby.

And the last nine months you pass them floating in the quiet, with central heating, room service, etc …

We are the higher frequency expressions of your Multidimensional SELF. We come into your consciousness now as we see you are ready to ascend. In fact, many of you have felt as though you are on the cusp of going somewhere, knowing something and/or experiencing a version of your SELF that you have forgotten over your myriad incarnations in the third dimension.

You can feel that expression of yourself, as well as the courage, dignity, power and unconditional love of that expression of your SELF, just beyond your reach. Of course, you have learned, finally, that reaching is a third dimensional paradigm. In the fifth dimensional paradigm you shift your reality, not by trying and working hard against resistance. On the fifth dimension you shift your reality by flowing in the current of multidimensional light and unconditional love, as you surrender to each and every situation that you meet/create.

Meeting/creating is the basis of the paradigm shift. In the third dimension, you meet, run into and wait for that which you WANT to experience. On the other hand, in a fifth dimensional reality, you follow, flow and surrender into each pattern that you Know YOU have created with your thoughts and emotions. From the fifth dimension you can observe your third/fourth dimensional expression trying NOT to try and fighting that moment of surrender. You are having this struggle, not because you are afraid, but because your third dimensional habits still dictate your behavior.

As you move into the fifth dimension, your every thought and emotion becomes manifest. In fact, that is occurring right now, but there is still enough left of “time” that you don’t always realize the connection between your thoughts/emotions and the reality that you have created. Now that you are on the very cusp of the fifth dimensional paradigm of reality, your thoughts and emotions are manifesting faster and faster. Hence, the time between thoughts/emotions and creations is closing.

Unfortunately, many of you have not, yet, become Masters of your Energy. Because of this, some of your thoughts and emotions are still fear (ego) based. Fear/ego based emotions encompass fear, anger, sorrow, rage, anxiety and depression. While the energy pattern of your consciousness still contains fear-based thoughts and emotions, you create a reality that is third/fourth dimensional because the resonance of your consciousness is too low to adhere to the fifth dimensional matrix.

Your resonance must match the resonance frequency of any given world in order for you to adhere your consciousness to the frequency patterns of that reality. Third dimension patterns are angular, separate and oppositional, whereas fifth dimensional energy patterns are flowing, united and circular. It is not possible for an angular state of consciousness to adhere and flow to a circular matrix! Also, “trying hard” to control your energy field will not work, for trying is a third dimensional behavior. You only try hard to do something because you doubt (fear) that you can do it easily. Think about it, if you know you can do something, you don’t try. You simply do it.

Those of us, you, who have worn a 3D earth vessel for myriad incarnation have forgotten the innate abilities that your earth vessel has hidden within its unused brain and turned-off DNA. Now, our Galactic light and unconditional love is turning-on this unused DNA and downloading and booting up your new Multidimensional Operating System. This System has lain latent in your human brain for millennium, but if you go back in your memory to the peak of Atlantis, you will remember how to use it.

You will also “remember” how to accept that your innate thinking is multidimensional. To think multidimensionally, you must release concepts that are bound by time, ego, separation, gender, polarity, opposition, as well as anything that is fear-based. The challenge is that in order to release all fear-based thoughts and emotions, you must be conscious of them before you can choose to refuse to participate in them. In other words, when you catch yourself in the midst of a fear-based thought or emotion you must recognize that it is, indeed, based on fear. You may think this is an easy task, but it is not. Fear has become such an intragal part of your third dimensional life, that most of it goes unnoticed.

In fact, consciously identifying any form of fear can only occur when you are NOT trapped in the 3D Game. As you have all experienced, it is not difficult to recognize fear when you are in a high state of consciousness. For one thing, the juxtaposition between the unconditional love of your higher consciousness and fear is very obvious. Furthermore, when you are experiencing unconditional love, it is a simple task to release fear by unconditionally forgiving yourself for experiencing it. Unfortunately, you only have a few of your “minutes” to become conscious of your fear, as the fear will release adrenalin into your system, which will lower your consciousness into the third/fourth dimension.

Once your consciousness has returned to the resonance of your 3D reality, it is very difficult to unconditionally love yourself free of fear. In fact, once in a state of third dimensional consciousness, you are more likely to judge yourself for having fear and to become angry (fear-based) at your self for “doing it AGAIN.” We, your higher expressions of SELF, understand your quandary. Once you return to the habit of being third dimensional, fear and self-judgment are the first to meet you. Because of this problem, we wish to give you a “leg-up” into the next resonance of your journey.

We, who are actually YOU at a higher frequency of resonance, are lowering our resonance to meet you in-between that which you can almost feel and that which you are living. We know that you cannot feel our presence when you are trapped in fear, work, conflict, time, loneliness and other third dimensional experiences. However, within the very second that you can release yourself from this trap we will step-into your consciousness. You may wonder how we can step-into you. Therefore, we will answer that question. We can step-into you because you have given us permission to do so.

Since Earth is still a free-will planet, you must give us, who are actually you, permission to step directly into your consciousness at the very second that you identify and release all expressions of fear. Therefore:

• FEEL our presence just before you…
• How do we appear to you?
• How do you see us?
• How do your hear us?
• Reach out and touch us…
• Allow your aura to expand to meet ours…
• Open your heart and mind to experience our unconditional love…
• Surrender to that feeling of unconditional love and multidimensional light…
• Fall into the Flow of our (your higher) Being…
• As we Step-Into YOU…

Only fear, and its best friend self-doubt, can interfere with this process. Remember, the “right way” to do this is “Your way.” YOU are your Path of Ascension. YOU are the Portal to your Ascension.

The 97% DNA that is now being turned-on by the incoming light and love is filled with miniature wormholes into the multidimensional world that has eluded your conscious perception. Additionally, your Multidimensional Operating System is being connected to and over-riding your Third Dimensional Operating System every time you Surrender to your higher frequency of SELF. Remember, you cannot attach, connect, or forge ahead into your fifth dimensional SELF, for those are third dimensional actions. Instead, you employ the fifth dimensional actions of accepting, merging with and falling into your higher frequency expression of SELF.

In this manner, you can become ONE with the feeling, reality, expectation that seems so close and yet so far. Fortunately, close and far are third dimensional terms, which are becoming increasingly obsolete. Other things are, also, becoming obsolete in your reality such as worry, darkness, fear, money, work, wars, taxes, restriction and much, much more.

• Can you BELIEVE that these third dimensional experiences are leaving your reality?
• Can you take the risk to BELIEVE that everything that you have felt inside your higher states of consciousness is REAL?
• Can you BELIEVE that the third dimension is an illusion, a holographic projection?

You have read or heard these promises from others, and many of you have also heard these words, impressions and images inside your SELF. NOW, in order, to surrender into that which we see you SO deeply desire, that which you are ready to experience, you must BELIEVE that it is real.

 How could you step-into an illusion? Actually, the answer to that question is quite simple, for that is the basis of your third dimensional reality. For myriad lifetimes you have volunteered to flow-out a version of your true, Multidimensional SELF to step-into a third dimensional world based on the illusions of time, polarity, separation and limitation. Gaia’s third dimensional version of Earth is graduating into Her Higher Expressions now. Gaia wants you all to join Her, but She cannot wait much longer for your decision to surrender. The cosmic energy field that is sufficient to “take Her Home,” is on the HERE NOW.

You are feeling a sense of urgency and a need to become, but you may not be sure about what you will become. Therefore, you must surrender to that which is unknown to your third dimensional self, but well known to your Multidimensional SELF. Your higher expression of SELF has logged in-to and out-of myriad realities and has had many experiences of ascension. Therefore, you do not need to learn anything. You only need to consciously connect to your Multidimensional Operating System, so that you can remember your SELF NOW! 

(After writing the above, I watched the end of a Star Trek - Deep Space Night show, which I had fallen asleep to last night. The show was about imagination and how things they imagined came true. They became frightened by the experience, first a small fear, then a larger fear and finally a fear that their entire star system would be destroyed. The problem was that they did not know that they were imagining anything. Finally, the Commander figured it out and told everyone to imagine that everything was back to normal, which worked. THE CALL

Dear Ascending Ones,

We are the Arcturians and we wish to speak with you today about your Mission. We will not directly tell you what your Mission is for it is through the process of finding, remembering and fine-tuning your Mission that you will find the Wisdom, Power and Love to live it. Your Mission is not a job that you go to and leave at the end of the day. Your Mission is the reason why you chose to take embodiment during this auspicious era of Personal and Planetary Ascension.

Ascension is not a gift or a reward. Ascension is a choice and a responsibility to be the Master of your thoughts and emotions. If you are not the Master of your own energy field, it is quite difficult to step-it-up into the fifth dimension and beyond. It is your energy field, your consciousness, which will ascend, for your earth vessel is just the container that was necessary for you to adhere your life force to the third/fourth dimensional matrix. One of the important moments of your ascension process is when you remember that you are NOT your body. YOU are the consciousness the fills, and now overlap, your body.

Your earth vessel is the container for your consciousness, and your aura is the magnetic field that can adhere you to your multidimensional consciousness. Your full multidimensional consciousness does not need a container at all in the eight through twelfth dimensions, and from the fifth through seventh dimensions, your container is no longer created by third dimensional elements and fourth dimensional elementals. In the fifth dimension, your container is one of light, as light is ever flowing and it can transmit its highest expression of unconditional love.

During your process of ascension, your physical and etheric container is becoming increasingly constrictive. You are like a snake that must shed its old skin or a butterfly that no longer wants to crawl and is ready to fly. You yearn to flow, float and instantly transport yourself to the myriad light-based fifth dimensional realities that are increasingly entering your imagination and dreams. You are unsure of the manner in which you will transport and/or transmute your experience of reality into the reality of your dreams and imagination, but how that will occur is beginning to constantly haunt you.

You are being called Home. The Clarion Call has begun, and it grows stronger within every minute of your time. Sometimes this Call fills you with unconditional love and light that shines  colors and a brilliance that you never experienced before the Call entered your Being. Sometimes the Call fills you with calm patience and an inner Knowing that all is well. On the other hand, sometimes the Call fills you with great fatigue and frustration.

This fatigue and frustration is because your earthen vessel has become too small, too constrictive. You tire of the dramas that you once called life and yearn for a reality that is of a calmer, gentler pace. Ambition has left you and possession is an archaic term that bound you to a reality of work and acquisition. The only possessions that you treasure are those which you hold within and those which allow you the security of a safe place to more deeply explore your inner journey.

Hence, your home has become your haven from the hurry, scurry of a reality that you can no longer cherish. Your “yard” and all of nature can no longer be a possession for it is a living being that you lovingly tend, visit and protect. Your birth family and the family of your adulthood may or may not understand the process that lives forever in your heart and mind, but it does not matter to you. You no longer need outer assurance that you are “doing the right thing,” or “being a good person.” You look inside now to attain that assurance. In fact, now you look inside for everything.

Once reality was outside of you, and your inner life was just an illusion, a fantasy or your imagination. Now, you look inside for guidance, truth and comfort. Those who can accept that you are strangely different than before remain in your life, and those who judge, or even fear your transition, are beginning to phase out of your reality. You are moving your consciousness into a frequency of reality that is more important to you than physical recognition, fame, comfort or acceptance. In doing so, you are finding an independence from that which you once knew as “life.”

At the same time, you are finding a new definition of “life” that flows into that which you once knew, but expands far beyond the limitation, illusions and barriers that were once a part of your daily reality. Every now and again, fear trickles into your consciousness and you feel it like an anchor that traps you in a sensation of reality that closes your heart and dampens your mind. Fortunately, your connection with your higher frequencies of expressions can reach into your memory and remind you who you REALLY are.

Yes, you are remembering who you are now. As past/parallel 3D realities begin to flood your awareness, the grand significance of “being alive” takes on a new meaning. Death is no longer a fear of extinction, but only an interruption in your present expression of reality. As you feel the great transformation within your self, as well as the promise of consciously creating a new, higher expression of reality, you treasure the life that had once been a burden filled with fear and challenge.

You remember now that fear was a choice of your attention and challenge was an initiation that pushed you further along your path of ascension. However, ascension is no longer a “path,” nor is it a “process.” Ascension is your every thought, every emotion and every choice of reaction, response and behaviour. Ascension is a constant release of that which has been completed, and a continuous recognition of the reality that YOU are creating.

Everything that happens in your live now is a component of your ascension, and there is no person, place, situation or thing that is more important than your personal and planetary transmutation back to SELF. Challenges are becoming opportunities for growth. Fear is becoming that which you relentlessly transmute into love. And, time, which once captured you in duties and obligations or allowed you a moment of happiness and love, is blurring into the NOW.

Hence, the spaces in-between:

“Who you are and who you are becoming,”

“What you desire and what you are experiencing,”

“Where you are and where you are going,”

“How you get there and how you have already arrived” and

“Why your life is changing no matter what you DO”

are being erased from your perception. The space in-between is no longer a barrier that you must “work through,” as it was before.

With the Mastery of your Energy, you can instantly transmute any situation by simply remembering who you are. However, within the moment of your NOW, part of “who you are” is your physical encasement, as well as the physical encasement of your Mother Gaia. Therefore, just as the snake must remain still in order to shed the skin that has become too small, just as a caterpillar must disappear into its cocoon in order to become a butterfly, you need to “shut down” your physical operations as often as is necessary.

Remember, you are not just adapting to a new body. You are, also, adapting to a new planet and a new reality. With your every choice and decision you enter a new spectrum of possible realities. Many of these realities are of a much higher frequency. Therefore, you must calibrate your consciousness to these higher frequencies of reality with your every thought and emotion. Unfortunately, some situations still lower your consciousness and you must fight to release your fear and remember your SELF. After these challenges, you will need to rest. In both cases, there is a constant need to be still so that you can integrate the new and to release the old.

Furthermore, you are releasing time-bound third dimensional thinking and learning/remembering to think multidimensionally. You are also releasing the judgements and conditions of human love and learning to live in unconditional love. If that is not enough, you are transmuting not only this physical reality, but also all the physical realities you have ever experienced on the body of Gaia. Last, and definitely not least, you are transmuting the planet Herself.

Yes, the planet is a She, a being of form. She, Gaia, wishes to return to the fifth dimension where She can unite with Her Divine Complement, a formless being of Spirit. Together, they can again become a Multidimensional Star. She has been your Mother for countless incarnations, and you have chosen to serve her again and again. Now, person and planet, as ONE Being are returning to their Higher Expressions. Your Divine Complements are also lining up at the threshold of the fifth dimension to be rejoined as your Galactic and Celestial ancestors reach out to embrace you.

We have prepared a table for you, the candles are lit and the music is on. The party is starting, and we are ready to embrace you!

Star Seeds are beings that have experienced life elsewhere in the Universe on other planets and in non-physical dimensions other than on Earth. Star Seeds may also have had previous life times on earth. There are three categories of Star Seeds as follows:

A typical Star Seed may have lived 5-50 life times on Earth. Some of these were preparation lifetimes which included periods of acclimatisation to being a human being on Earth and the development of the life missions leading to the climax of these activities in this current lifetime. Earth represents a place of service more than a place of learning for these Star Seeds who have already achieved higher consciousness on other planets. As there were fewer lifetimes on earth compared to the average human being, this leads this group of Star Seeds to retaining some of their extra terrestrial abilities such as with Healing, Telepathy, Channelling and with general higher consciousness qualities. I call this group the “New Age” Star Seeds as they often come to Erath at times of rising spiritual awareness as this is the environment that their gifts can be recognised and when they can truly help others. Many of the Star Seeds reading this book will identify with this category.

Old Soul Star Seeds have usually had hundreds of life times on earth going back to the beginning of humanity and even the beginning of the planet. These are the Guardians of earth and have strong links to Sirius which is the spiritual guardian of earth and humanity. Their Life Missions are tied into the long term evolution of earth and humanity and this is why they have willingly incarnated on earth so many times in order to fulfil these projects. They have often performed the roles of Spiritual Teachers, Shamans, Prophets, Light Workers (especially with earth ley lines and at sacred sites), Temple Guardians, Healers, all kind of leaders such Kings and Queens and as The High Priest and High Priestess. These Star Seeds hold the wisdom and spiritual knowledge of the ancients as it has been used on earth. This includes the human knowledge of astronomy, astrology, runes, numerology, certain healing modalities, light work and spiritual ceremonies. This will be the last lifetime as a human being for many of these old soul Star Seeds who are completing the cycles of lifetimes on earth and all the project and work included in these cycles. These Star Seeds have often mastered the ability to hold a balance between being grounded and being spiritually aligned. This is why they still resonate with their extra terrestrial origins even though they have lives on earth for so many life times.

New Star Seeds have often had few or no previous lifetimes on earth. They are attracted to Earth and humanity at this time of Ascension as it is easier for them to integrate with humanity now than at previous times. They also have many important gifts for humanity and roles to play in this time of great change for humanity. Their energy fields are quite pure and expansive as they have not been experienced the process of become dense through living on earth before. Even thought they have amazing gifts, they can find it hard to integrate within humanity which is so different from the Star Beings and worlds that they represent. They simply have no experience of the lower consciousness of humanity. The New Star Seeds are often young and some see them as Crystal and Rainbow Children. Some are the Seeds of Ashtar. This lifetime is often the beginning of future cycles of lifetimes on Earth and so they are preparing for future lives and future missions in this lifetime.

The motivations for all Starseeds to come to earth are to help and serve mankind as well as planet Earth. These beings very often have gifts to share with others such as in the areas of healing, channeling and spiritual education. There is a strong desire in Star Seeds to help others and usually there is a plan made prior to birth as to how this may be manifested and expressed when they become a human being. The details of this plan are called the Life Missions and represent potentials for individual Star Seeds and not certain destinies.

For Star Seeds it is important that they reconnect to their star origins and star connections as this bring them a sense of identity and belonging which may not be available in normal life on Earth. It is also vital for Star Seeds to fulfil their personal life missions on earth. Not only is are Life Missions the reasons for Star Seeds being on earth but they also bring the sense of satisfaction and healing that many Star Seeds this are looking for. These are the shared and common desires of Star Seeds. Where the reasons for Star Seeds to come to earth involve learning, it is often to sample conditions for growth and experience that do not exist elsewhere.

Common characteristics of all Starseeds:

A deep interest in spirituality

The ability to spiritually grow rapidly when needed as if they have done this before

A realisation that earth is not their true home

They feel drawn to outer space, the stars and science fiction

Personal Qualities such as being artistic, being sensitive and possessing higher consciousness

Star Seeds can have difficult and challenging lives

They sometimes have dreams or memories of places not on earth

They sometimes have experiences of physical and non-physical encounters with star guides and UFOs

They often have noticeable gifts in the areas of healing, channelling and psychic sensitivities

The Star Masters consider all human being on earth to be Star Seeds as they point out that the physical human body is also extraterrestrial in terms of its building blocks such as DNA etc. It is considered that the Human Body contains Sirian and Pleiadian DNA as well as from other sources. As such from this perspective we are all Star Seeds and as we all come from God so there is no difference between us. And so why are so many Human beings on Earth not interested in the Star Seeds and Star Master subjects?

The majority of human beings have different reasons for coming to earth when compared to typical Star Seeds. Theirs is the path of spiritual learning and spiritual evolution through the Earth School of Learning. Many souls choose to incarnate on Earth many times (up to 200) in order to complete the spiritual learning that is available on here. Not all lifetimes within this cycle are experienced exclusively on Earth and there may be some life times elsewhere in the Universe where healing and restoration take place. These are not remembered by human beings consciously. However the density of Earth is such that repeated incarnations here often results in human beings losing their awareness of spiritual realities and their spiritual gifts. The physical plane of Earth dominates their consciousness to the point where they cannot even imagine extra terrestrial realties. For these Humans their focus is needed on everyday “earthly” matters and this is why they are not drawn to the Extra Terrestrial subjects. They need to learn how to master the lessons that the earth plane has to offer and this consumes their time and energy. And as such they are deeply consumed by the illusions of separation and lower consciousness that exist here. In this lost state the extraterrestrial origins have been forgotten and so there is little interest in this subject. In a way this state of forgetfulness serves them as they are allowed to focus intently on whatever the themes of their life are, without distraction from other realities and past extra terrestrial connections.

I offer these definitions not to divide people and create hierarchies. I am not implying that anyone is better or worse than anyone else. Star Seeds are very often humble and do not appreciate themselves or their own abilities. I use these definitions to help Star Seeds to understand why their experience of being a human is often different from everyone else. This helps them to come to terms with who they are. This is so important as many Star Seeds acknowledge that they feel different from others and this brings them much loneliness and pain. Often they blame themselves and feel as if it is their fault for not fitting into their family and society in an easy and enjoyable fashion. Nobody likes to feel separate from others but this is the shared experience of many Star Seeds. The sense of separateness does not have to be. The whole Star Seed story is rich and beautiful. It is however the human condition which is full of illusion and suffering. Once the illusions are seen through, reality changes for us all and we can choose a different reality full of connection, freedom and joy.

In addition the term “seed” implies that the Star Seeds are contributing something that will grow and assist others here on earth. Indeed many Star Seeds carry high spiritual energies and consciousness which are contributing to the ascension of consciousness in individuals and in humanity as a whole. Beloved masters, every sentient Soul must follow his/her own particular destiny, a specially designed path that leads to illumination and reintegration with his/her Divine Self. The lessons you are learning and perfecting will be your contribution to the whole. Within these seemingly painful experiences are the jewels of wisdom you will need to fulfill your particular segment of the grand design. So do not judge yourself or your progress by that of other people. Do not gaze on others in awe or with envy at the talents and gifts they have mastered and manifested, for within you are treasures just as great awaiting discovery.

You are deep in the midst of discovering a truth that has eluded humanity for hundreds of thousands of years, a secret that has been deeply hidden in the illusionary reality of the third- / fourth-dimensional world of existence: The truth about the nature of true love, what it is and what it is not. Love is not just a sensation of the physical emotions, the intense desire to own or possess another in order to feel a sense of wholeness. True love is not the thrill of conquest or obtaining what seems to be “a great prize” at the time, which often ends up being a great burden instead. Love as an external focus, exterior to you, will always bring a sense of vulnerability, for the ego-desire body will constantly seek validation from someone or something. Love is neither Self-sacrifice nor victimhood, where you give away so much of yourself that you no longer have an identity of your own. Love is not enabling those around you to dishonor you and abuse you as they reinforce your own projections of unworthiness. How can you expect anyone else to treat you with respect and love if you are not willing to set boundaries and send clear messages of love, acceptance and worthiness for yourself, as well as for others?

You must remove the etheric barriers or filters you have placed around your heart and emotions if you are to be able to receive and radiate the higher frequencies of heart/Soul love. You must confront your fears about losing those you love, and let go of the disappointments and betrayals of the past, which often manifest as a fear of intimacy or of making a commitment to another. As you learn to believe in and trust yourself, you will develop a fundamental trust in others, and others will place their faith and trust in you, for trust begets trust.

The limiting, crippling thought forms of self-sacrifice, martyrdom and suffering and the denial of the beauty and perfection of your physical vehicle must end. It is time to re-evaluate, release or transmute all of the destructive thought patterns you have taken as your truth or allowed others to force upon you for so many past lifetimes. Pause a moment and answer these questions truthfully: do you identify who you are exclusively as a physical Being and then through constant self-judgment, focus primarily on your imperfections? Do you habitually compare yourself with others as you fight an ongoing inward battle, which ultimately assures failure and validation of your distorted point of view? A great majority of people have a love/hate relationship with themselves, which keeps them constantly frustrated and mired in self-inflicted misery.

You must be aware that the Path of Soul Illumination creates a dramatic upheaval in both your inner and outer realities. You must endeavor to rise above the discordant dramas in your everyday life as you diligently strive to return to harmony any imbalanced and challenging relationships. It will take time and patience; however, when you learn to function from within your Sacred Heart center, while attuned to your Sacred Mind, you will gradually develop a heartfelt sensitivity and serenity along with purity in thought and actions. We tell you that there are multitudes of brave Souls in this world who are well on their way to Self-mastery. They are the honored disciples on the Path who will one day become the Ascended Masters of the future, fifth-dimensional planet Earth.

We know you are wondering why you are being subjected to so many tests and negative situations. We tell you, brave Souls, you are in the midst of an intense initiation/transformation process that must be experienced in order to attain the higher levels of consciousness–not as a punishment, but as a means to once and for all release or transmute all the impacted, stagnant energy that has kept you enslaved in a greatly limited, chaotic environment. Many of you have been on the path of initiation for many lifetimes, and you are ready for the next giant step in consciousness.

When you first step onto the probationary path of ascension, the personality/ego becomes aware of the Soul’s nudgings and the battle for supremacy begins. Soul Fire or the invigorating, higher vibrational patterns begin to burn off the negative energy that rises to the surface to be addressed. The fires of purification eventually become the Light of Illumination as the process is repeated over and over until the multiple facets of the Higher Self begin to merge with the Soul and the process of ascension speeds up dramatically.

Remember, every thought or statement you make has a specific range of vibrational frequencies. If you repeat a statement often enough, it becomes firmly implanted within your subconscious mind as a part of your truth. It matters not if the frequency patterns are of a high or low vibration or whether they are true or false. Over time, your subconscious mind will integrate them into your “memory bank of established beliefs.”

Criticism can be a positive thing as long as it is not permitted to become destructive (expressed with malice or with a desire to hurt). There are times when criticism is an expression of fact–when it is a neutral recognition of limitation. However, please be careful of value judgments. Remember to use your free will wisely–you always have the right to accept or decline a judgment statement.

The energies of love from the vantage point of an en-Lighten-ed Soul are totally different than the energies from those who are still playing the distorted game of duality or “me versus you.” You must first open to the love and wisdom of your Soul. As the love grows within your Solar Heart Center, a magical thing takes place; slowly the portal to your Sacred Heart opens and the Sacred Love stored there begins to flow throughout your physical vessel, especially throughout the chakra system. You begin to realize that you are a Divine Spark of our Father/Mother God, and you are worthy of love and respect as well as all the joy, beauty and bounty of Creation. Love projected outward from the Sacred Heart Core results in a constant flow of Self-assurance and Self-acceptance. A person centered within his/her Sacred Heart is always striving to incorporate and project more of the blissful feeling of unity and harmony. This is a precious feeling, which becomes an intrinsic part of your Being once you have gained access to the River of Light / Love / Life and you have a steady flow of Creator Light into and through your Sacred Heart.

Before you can establish a satisfying, loving relationship with others, you must relearn how to respect and love yourself. You must begin to focus on what is right about you instead of what is wrong. Begin to listen to the whispering, intuitive voice of your Soul Self (which will grow louder as you acknowledge its wisdom) as it gives you encouragement, insight and awareness of your vast potential. We are speaking not of egotistical love, but of a deep abiding feeling of worthiness and Self-confidence as you begin the process of reestablishing contact with the many facets of your wise and loving Higher Self.

Divine love is the Essence of our Father/Mother God, and it flows forth in great streams of White Fire Light filled with unlimited potential in its never-ending desire to experience more of Itself. The Adamantine Particles of Creator Light pour forth from the heart core of the Supreme Creator to us via the Father/Mother God of this universe. It is a blessed gift to be used by all Creation at all levels, from the highest, most powerful, to the lowest, most diminished. It is your birthright to bring forth your own unique self-expression, through loving cocreation in harmony with the Divine Blueprint, which is always in perfect accordance with the grand design of the Creator.

How much of your Divinity have you embodied? How loving are your creations, my brave friends? What kind of temple have you created for your Soul? Your spirituality is becoming “up close and personal” as you clear the major distortions in your world-at-large. You are learning that your connection with our Father/Mother God is also a very personal relationship. In fact, you are discovering that you have a facet of God Essence within your Sacred Heart Core.

When you are in an “interactive relationship of learning,” depending on the stage of en-Lighten-ment of both parties, you are either sharing conditional love of the ego-desire body or the Sacred Love of the Soul. There is an attachment process going on in both types of relationships. You are either in a relationship whereby you have allowed energy cords to be attached to your Solar Power center, and you have also sent forth energy cords to the other person (which results in a push-pull dance created by imbalanced frequency patterns). Or, if you are centered within your Sacred Heart and you are using the wisdom of your Sacred Mind, you will have allotted a share of your Adamantine Particles of Light (God Particles) to the relationship, which totally changes the dynamic interplay between you.

Truth and integrity must be the foundation of any relationship you establish in the future. Your Soul Self will accept nothing less, for compatible vibrational frequencies will be an intrinsic barometer of validation in any close relationship. First you must accept who you are, as you are at the present time, and you must strive to become the very best person you can possibly be through self-examination of your attitudes, beliefs, habits and weaknesses.

You must learn that the foundation of a lasting relationship with others is to first establish a deep loving acceptance of your Self, exactly the way you are at the moment. Remember our words of the past: “you must love the Self you are at the present, while you are striving to become the Self you desire to be.” You must first focus on your capacity to “embody love,” whereby you strive to become more loving and lovable until, eventually, you realize that “you are love personified,” and you do not need anyone else to validate that truth for you. As you tap into your own Sacred Heart and that wellspring of Sacred Love within your own Divine God Spark, you will remember that there is a never-ending supply of Love/Light available to you, for it is your Divine Heritage.

You will reside outside the normal, mass-consciousness state of reality when you attain spiritual illumination, which results in a Lightness of heart, mind and emotions. In order to receive and send love, you must remove the filters of protection you placed over your Solar Power Center many ages ago so you could not be hurt by others. You must allow the mighty Three-fold Flame to burst forth and open the portal to your Sacred Heart to receive love. Love is a powerful, natural state of Being. The pure, Sacred Love of Spirit is an emotion that cannot be distorted by conditions or actions. Love has many different qualities and feelings, such as the exquisite, romantic love between mates, the tender, protective love of a parent, and the trusting love of a child. Love is the language of Spirit, and it is the only way to communicate with our Mother/Father God. The love of the Creator and our Mother / Father God is all-encompassing and never-ending. Pain and suffering are a result of denying the love that you are. When you are firmly centered within your Sacred heart, you will transcend all major discord. When you are living your truth, you will be Self-confident, and you will always strive to interact with others in a positive, truthful manner. And so we implore you, beloveds, throw open the portal to your Sacred Heart so that you may be filled to overflowing with the Divine Elixir of Life. The gift of Eternal Life awaits you. Know that we are ever near to guide, inspire and protect you.

So many of us these days feel the strong desire to make changes in our lives that will shift us to a new level of happiness. And so many of us feel the urgent call to make changes in the world that will create a brighter future for us all. But however much we may want to save the world or fix what’s wrong, the truth remains that we change the world by changing ourselves. Inner transformation is the key to outer change. 

Extraterrestrial Groups

There are many different groups of physical and non physical Extraterrestrial Groups assisting planet earth and the starseeds at this time. They represent other Galaxies, other dimensions as well as other aspects of time. Very often there are groups of different beings working together to help us such as with the Intergalactic Councils and with Ashtar Command. The main groups that assist planet earth and the starseeds here are the Sirians, the Pleiadians, Ashtar Command and the Arcturians. All of these groups have deep connections with planet earth and this is why they regularly step forward to assist us.

Although individual starseeds may have origins outside these groups, these groups never the less represent some of the most useful helpers for starseeds on earth by virtue of their expertise with the human condition. It is possible to have guides from many different groups of Extraterrestrial Masters and this is quite normal. Each star system and Galaxy has its own energetic flavour and focus for consciousness. They each offer different skill and gifts to humanity.

Arcturians

The Arcturians are a group consciousness extraterrestrial race that are highly evolved and come from the Arcturus star system. They seek to help mankind and are known as masters healers. Their skills and knowledge in working with spiritual energies are immense. They have channeled through me that they are motivated to help us humans find our perfected self. Perfection here means being connected and aligned with of our divine self in ways which lead to the fullest possible experience and expression. Sometimes we need healing to assist us with this and so this is why they are known for their healing skills. However they are capable of helping us with many different aspects of our multi-dimensional self such as with energetic purification, grounding, soul awareness and with working in energetic ways with our chakras and light bodies.

I experience their energies as being very divine and high vibrational. It reminds me of the vibration of Angels. I suspect that at their level of evolution that they act in angelic ways. Indeed I believe that we need to have an open mind about the nature of evolved beings. It is normal for humans to want to categorise other beings in strict ways. However I think that it is possible that we will learn that there is more to the process of spiritual evolution of races and that maybe we evolve into angels and other types of beings.

There are some starseed present here on earth whose origins lie with Arcturus or have had past life times there. These starseeds have deep memories of how it is to belong to a close group consciousness and find the experience of the illusion of separation as offered by the human condition, a painful one. Here on earth they unconsciously seek deep union with other beings that they once enjoyed within the Arcturian community.

From my channelings of the Arcturians, I am aware that as a group that they have evolved so much that their collective destiny may take them into new dimensions and types of existence. I am aware of some starseeds from Arcturus whose life missions on earth involve being a type of monitor. This role assists the Arcturians to continue to understand the human condition and the destiny of mankind even though their own evolutionary path is increasingly becoming different.

Pleiadians

There are groups of humanoids who come from a group of seven stars known collectively as the Pleiades. They are more evolved than mankind on earth and offer their support to us in terms of spiritual guidance. Those Pleiadians that I channel have perfected the expression of unconditional love and harmony within society as well as individually. They have mastered these aspects whilst being in physical bodies and so have much practical guidance to pass onto mankind about how to operate from a multi-dimensional basis within a physical human body. Here they have recognised the shared social experience of God / Goddess within the appreciation of art, music and dancing as being a unifying focus. They naturally want to share this approach with us. Many channels and Pleiadian starseeds are drawn to these areas within their communications and channelings with the Pleiadian Masters. Indeed many starseeds currently come from the Pleiades and their missions are to bring these higher teachings here to earth. There have been many such waves of starseeds from the Pleiades throughout history. Strong connections have historically existed between the Pleiades and with North and Central American Indians and are illustrated within their art. Indeed like with the Sirians, there is a common belief that the Pleiadians have been partly responsible for seeding mankind here on earth and that we share our DNA with them.

The Pleiadians are more aware of the divine feminine or Goddess than mankind. They align themselves to the creative forces of the Goddess an work within the cycles of nature. This has allowed them to become masters of agriculture as they work with nature spirits to co-create the wonderful fruits, flowers and vegetables. This is harmony with nature and the divine feminine energies and consciousness. This includes their use of water itself as a living consciousness. The Pleiadians are very knowledgeable about the effects of food and water on the physical body.

However within these perfected societies lie less opportunities to growth spiritually in new ways. This is because their consciousness has become more static and their life styles no longer offer new areas to explore. As such some Pleiadians choose to incarnate here on earth in order to seek growth from new experiences and opportunities. As mankind is less evolved, then being human on earth offers a wider range of experiences and challenges as there is still much negativity here and therefore potential for learning and growth. The understanding of the integration of polarities is an example of this.

When I connect with the Pleiadian guides in channeling, I experience their energies as being light and loving. They are often humorous and seek to give simple guidance as to how to ground divine love into our daily lives.

Ashtar Command

The Ashtar Command are a group of volunteer beings that come from all over the Universe. Their mission is to bring spiritual teachings and protection to evolving planets. As they are a group of different types of beings they represent a Galactic / Universal focus and effort. There are physical and non physical members of the group with Lord Ashtar being their leader.

They have star ships upon which individuals serve in different capacities such as navigators, channels and spiritual “engineers”. The Ashtar command have a close relationship with planet earth and protect this planet from negative extraterrestrials. They are a well known group to humans and yet perhaps not so well known is the fact that some of these members are currently incarnated as humans. These starseeds form the group known as the “seeds of Ashtar”. This group will form a unified voice for the Ashtar Command and other extraterrestrial groups in enlightening the rest of mankind to the destiny of planet earth. This is a group of mainly young and talented starseeds that will awaken to their starseed missions in a few years time. Their aim will be to educate mankind on how to become a functioning member of the Galactic federation and to work in peaceful and co-operative ways.

Our connection to Extraterrestrials is not as far fetched as some people believe, for there are indeed many other planets and Universes that have been created by God/ Source. To assume that the Earth and the human race is the only life that exists in this Universe is to be spiritually blind to the fact that God IS everything. There are millions of different life forms in the Universe alone, and some, in fact many are far more evolved than us. This planet is evolving into the fifth dimension, but there are already planets that are at that stage and beyond in existence.

Some of us on Earth have had many lives as different Ets and have lived on many other planets. We have evolved through different civilizations and cultures in the higher realms of light. Those ones are known as starseeds. To be given the gift of incarnation here on Earth at this special time of Earth`s “golden Age of Aquarius” is indeed a blessing. For on this planet we have the opportunities to evolve and spiritually grow much more in this one lifetime than ever before on any other planet or in fact on Earth. This time of growth is unique to us as humans and to the planet.

From the very beginning of Earth’s evolution, there have been highly evolved ETs that have helped us with our development. We as a planet and as human beings have been guided and protected by these various ETs in our development into the fifth dimension of God’s reality. As humans have freewill, the ETs are not allowed to interfere with how we run the planet, but are allowed to help if we ask for their assistance. These ETs are of course what we call positive Ets who are christed. They are not however any thing to do with the negative ones that manipulate humans for their own selfish gains.

Some of the most highly developed beings known as the Arcturians are from a star system and star called Arcturus. Arcturus Is a fifth dimensional civilization, a prototype for our future earth. It is an energy gateway through which humans pass during death and re-birth, it functions as a way station for non physical consciousness to become accustomed to physicality. The Arcturians teach us that the most fundamental ingredient for living in a fifth dimension is LOVE. Arcturus is approx 36 light years from Earth and the Arcturian starships encircle the earth to monitor our progress and help us with our spiritual evolution. These beings are pure love, they have advanced knowledge and are of an extremely high vibrational frequency they often communicate with humans through telepathy, and they have some of the most advanced healing techniques available to us for healing. They can be called upon by anyone who so wishes for healing, they will take you to their healing capsules on their planet and work on your etheric, mental, emotional bodies if you ask for them to. They are very powerful healers. Their average life span is 350—400 earth years because there is no sickness at all on Arcturus.

The Pleiadians are another ET group of christed beings who come from a star cluster in the constellation Taurus, approx five hundred light years from Earth. They are one of the most advanced races in this galaxy in terms of music and dance. They subtly bring through music to those musicians who are spiritually attuned, which in turn raises the vibrations of all those who hear it. They are also helping to bring in great advancements in the use of light, holograms and laser technology. They were the first humanoid society to develop hyper space travel and claim that their technology surpasses ours by about 3000 years.

The Sirians are another wonderful civilization of christed ETs. They are more advanced in the metaphysical sense as Sirius is one of the more advanced training centers or universities to which the Ascended Masters travel. Sirius has a direct link with our solar system and the Sirians have been amongst us since the time of the Mayan and Egyptian civilizations. They gave the Egyptians much advanced astronomical and medical information and also gave the Mayan race advanced knowledge. They helped the Earth during the time of the cataclysmic period in Atlantis. Sirius is a star system which is a meeting place for Earth beings who wish to continue their spiritual studies The Sirians helped to build the Pyramids and temples of Egypt and they are involved with helping Earth into this new Golden age.

The Ashtar Command are one of the great protectors of the Earth, they serve as a military force in the spaces above the planet. They are part of the unified Federation of Planets, whose term is used in many science fiction /space films but happens to be fact. Like in the films, the Ashtar Command are not allowed to infringe upon human freewill. Many of the Ashtar Command are masters themselves serving humans, the planet and us and they work alongside the Spiritual Hierarchy for Earth and the other advanced civilizations in the solar system.

Many of these space brothers and sisters are also involved with healing on the planet. They will work with us if we ask them to, particularly if you are a healer, you can invoke their energies into the healing session and they will assist all they can.

Another way that they are helpful is in our own personal health, we can ask to go to the Arcturians healing capsule or ask The Lord of Sirius to allow us to be worked on by Dr Lorphan who is a doctor living on Sirius. These beings are no ordinary doctors, they can delve deeply into all of our bodies, not just the physical, but emotional, mental, etheric bodies and are able to heal on many levels that we cannot. This type of healing is very powerful and is a great way to tune in to our ascended brothers and sisters in the higher realms of consciousness.

For some souls who have only just awakened, their reality has been shattered and for a while they will cling to what they believed to be the truth. It is important that they realize that the coming changes are not to be feared. Also that it is not too late to alter their pattern of thinking to allow their consciousness levels to be lifted, and place themselves on the path to Ascension. It is not necessarily a matter of how much you know, as your understanding that progress will be made by living from the heart and not through the ego. Be humble and see yourself in every other soul, and treat them as you would yourself be treated. One of the main frailties that humans have is being judgmental and if you can work towards being non-judgmental, you will have travelled a long way towards lifting yourself up.

God has provided for every soul but left the choice up to you, as to whether you wish to ascend or continue your third dimensional experiences. It may not seem so, but you have all had the same opportunities to change the course of your life. It comes down to wanting to change, and taking the responsibility for your own spiritual evolution. Once you make that decision you will never travel alone, but that help is lost unless you put the effort in to setting yourself a goal. Time is short and very soon there will be great revelations about the true purpose of life, and most importantly, establishing the truth about The One God of your Universe. God is not the sole property of any religion, but God to every single soul and each one is a godspark in its own rights. The whole purpose of your many lives is to experience and take it back to the Godhead. Since you have been granted freewill to do so, God does not chastise or punish you, and allows the Laws of the Universe to apply the necessary teachings that will help you over any mistakes you have made.

Dear Ones, your wait is nearly over as the final arrangements are made to go ahead with the arrests of the Illuminati. It is something of a military operation, but their presence will only be to help our allies if they are violently opposed. As far as we are concerned, the activities are planned to be non-violent and legally supported and enforced by Law Marshals. That much many of you are aware of through keeping up to date with the news coming out from many reliable sources. However, as always discretion is called for as the truth will often be countered by disinformation, or denial by those who have different beliefs. Once we can speak openly to you, you will soon accept our messages as you will intuitively know that they are true. Since we have been in contact since the mid 1900’s it is not as though we have suddenly come into your lives. Through us and various spiritual societies we have as it were, been breaking the ice that has concealed the truth.

It is our wish that extra effort is put in by those who are in the forefront of the spiritual vanguard, to do all possible to get the news out of the pending changes. People will hear of some aspects without being sufficiently informed to avoid becoming fearful. Naturally they will have many questions, and this is where you can come in and be of great help. Physical changes are necessary but will not be as catastrophic as the original prophecies suggested. They were given in accordance with the probabilities that existed at that time. We are pleased to inform you that consciousness levels have lifted up so much in recent times, that physical changes will be much less volatile. As we have often advised you and will repeat that if you are concerned about where you are, sit quietly for a while and intuitively check it out with you Higher Self.

Until the governmental changes you will be unable to trust official reports, as they are still influenced by those who want you to remain in the dark. A perfect illustration of this is the US Governments recent denial of us and our craft, notwithstanding the fact that we have met with them on many occasions. However, it makes little difference in the long run as when the timing is appropriate, we shall ensure that the official announcement acknowledging our presence goes ahead. That will signal the beginning of a close association between us and you, that will carry on through Ascension and into the next cycle of your evolution. With our allies help we are laying down the foundations for your elevation into the higher dimensions. You already have one foot in them and as you raise your vibrations, will readily take to the changes. In effect, you will have nothing taken away from you that is not replaced by something better. Bear in mind that the ultimate goal is to turn you into Galactic Beings.

In some ways it is as well you do not have instant recall of previous lives, as it would probably pre-occupy you when you should be concentrating on your future. Furthermore, you would not necessarily recognize yourself as the same person you are now, as you will have evolved and become more of the Light. Just imagine how much experience you have gained, and how it has molded you into the person you are today. Do not worry if you still have baggage to release, and use your self control to overcome it. If you aspire to lift yourself up you will never be without help, even if you are unaware of it. Angels and Guides accompany you through the physical world, and are doing all they can to make sure you fulfil your life plan. You can help yourself by acknowledging their presence and call upon them if you need their help, as they cannot “interfere” unless you do so. There are exceptions as for instance if you are in danger, they are allowed to help you through such difficulties. That absolutely applies if your life is threatened, and it is not your time to leave the Earth. It is almost certain that many of you have escaped some danger without even realizing how you did so, and probably put it down to luck or sheer coincidence.

I am SaLuSa form Sirius, and can you see now how important you are to us, and how you are being safely guided to completion of this cycle. It may sound odd given that you exist in the lower dimensions, but the Universe depends on you to reach the end time through Ascension. It awaits Man’s great fulfilment and ascendancy to the higher dimensions, the place that is your real home. Speaking for the Galactic Federation, I can tell you that we love you all, and see you as your Higher Selves without a blemish, standing in the pure Light of Love.

Dearest ones,
we are the Arcturians!
It is now high time to prepare, to prepare for the multi-layered process of shifting on all levels of your reality. Yes, all shifts always start on the level of thought, a thought that has being dreamed in the Heart of God. From there all truly Divine projects of creation are being initiated, and then all the other chain reactions are following, down to the level where the initial thought has been aiming towards.

This process of creation is now manifesting increasingly on your world, and many of you have been feeling the new great waves of light which have been arriving in the recent days and which still continue to arrive. They are the messengers not only of your shifting consciousness, but also of the shifting of your bodies and the shifting of Gaia’s body. This shifting will continue also in other areas of your life, so that your daily routine might be disturbed by these changes.

However do not think that there will be one major catastrophic event leading to the total destruction of your world. Yes, there will be disturbances in all kind of areas of your life, but if you have been preparing, you will find ways and the strength how to manage changes and transitory events who require to let go what has been familiar to you.

You see, changes in your outer world are just that, changes which do not touch what YOU yourself are. However, as long as you identify with outer appearances solely, when they are changing, it is difficult to accept this with a serene mind, as you are convinced in this case, that YOU yourself are being undermined and deprived somehow of parts of yourself, whereas in truth it is only about your familiarity with habits and environments.

Therefore It is important, that you are centered in yourself, in the heart of your very being and not allow changing circumstances to take away your equanimity. Trust in a shift that happens in a way that it is benign for you. Remember, everything is possible, and if you connect yourself with Gaia, being grounded in her and one with her in your heart, she will find ways to gently provide protection and fulfill your needs.

At the same time, it is important, that you learn to let go of your 3dimensional world as being your undoubting reality, whereas it is only an unhappy dream in a low density. While you let go, you are free to dream your new Divine world and to free yourself from the errors of what you are not.

Your new reality in the higher dimensions will be very different, and what is now still a matter of course, will be gone completely. So be prepared to be willing to let go, what you still consider to be so called “necessities”. This is not about a world that collapses and is waiting to be rebuilt with the old same parameters like in your past. This is about the arising of a completely new world.

Naturally, when you are willing to let go the signs of your present world as being irreplaceable because you do not want to hold on to a fading false world, you are already on your way to dream your new world without limitations, - in the most ideal case. Because if you do not impose any limitation on your deepest heart desires how your new world should look like, miraculous things can happen.

We recommend therefore that you, if you have not yet done so, practice daily and center yourself in your feeling heart and observe and understand that the things around you do not really belong to you, they never did. Let go of all ideas of “having”, but concentrate on “being”. And while you allow the feeling of being to expand, start dreaming your new world, a world which will be much lighter and vibrant, where all the things and objects, you are now clinging to, cannot exist anymore, because of a new and higher vibration!

Start preparing yourself now for the great transition, and in case you experience disruptions in your daily life, do not hold on to what once was functioning so far. Do not try to recreate the old. Let it go. Be creative and put all your energy and heart in new ways of living, working and cooperating with one another.

Remember, that in the first place your own vibration will be changed and increased, and with that you would not be happy with anything you presently enjoy and play with. The massive energy waves and light are there to be received by you to increase your own vibration and light quotient. This is the fundamental work you need to do, to go as easily as possible through the coming changes. The light is altering your consciousness, and with a new consciousness your view of the world and your understanding of it will flow with the shift.

This shift has already started, and it will continue over a longer period of time. So do not settle into any step you will have done at any moment, but be prepared to exist in an ongoing shifting of your world, by being centered in your heart. Share this place of peace with everybody and be united in love with one another.

Dearest ones, now your true humanness is challenged to emerge, and it is already emerging, you know it and you cannot deny it anymore, as it is happening with each single one of you who are here to participate in this great transition.

Be Blessed! We share our love with you, it is the unconditional Love, this very special and precious vibration which embraces you now and which is established on your earth. Always remember, that all the changes in your world are embraced and are happening in this Field of unlimited Divine Love. They do not occur outside of It, they occur because Love has already settled down in your realm.
